Your spoken and written English should be perfect as you will be answering incoming calls and make calls as requested. Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Internet is a must. Quite frequently you will be asked to type emails and letters so you should be able to type fast, in English of course. You must be extremely organised and be able to manage a pretty busy diary. You should also have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks. Other responsibilities include organising flights and hotels for business meetings and holidays, so you should be familiar with internet booking systems, handling accounts, invoice payments, attending to meeting attendees’ needs, handling office supplies and all other various office management duties making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. You must have a pleasant appearance and most important, have a positive, “can do” attitude.
