Able to read and interpret isometric and piping drawings, plot plans and P & ID’s. 2) Able to make layouts, calculate and cut the pipe (various diameter like 1/2’’ to 28’’ and thickness 3mm to 32mm but notlimited) as per the required length. 3)Experience in cold and hot cutting of pipes &using; cutting wheels with grinding machines. 4) Fabricates from spool or isometric drawings pipe spool pieces and associated supports and fitments to meet pre and final assembly,in a variety of materials like carbon steel, low temperature steel, stainless steel, hot dip galvanized and threaded pipes. 5) Selects measures, cut and installs underground&above; ground piping systems, joints and connections using hand and power tools. 6) Prepares pipe lengths and fittings for fit – up and sets up all types of weld joints. 7) Able to selects and uses the rigging aids such as chain hoist etc,. 8) Completes final
installation of piping system with required fabricated spools, pipe, fittings, valves, gaskets, bolts, supports and hangers. 9 Prepare the completed pipe system for hydro / gas testing in accordance with approved test packages
