Told from His and Her perspectives, Once Upon a Second Time takes the idea of a second chance in love and captures the ridiculousness of life in hilarious, poignant and surprisingly honest ways. A play about parents and children and the often-complicated relationships that emerge when the parents haven't grown up enough and the children are desperate to be loved.
Performed in Romanian with English surtitles
Writen by Mimi Brănescu, the first recipient of The Irish Embassy Award for Playwriting and author of the successful Romanian television series Las Fierbinti.
The award winning cast stars Vlad Zamfirescu (The Italian Girls, HBO series În derivă) and Mirela Oprişor (Youth Without Youth, Tuesday, After Christmas and Las Fierbinţi).
