Receptionist for Hospital
We are looking for a friendly, efficient and well presented individual. You must have a good command of the English language, good customer service skills and be confident on the telephone. You will need good IT knowledge and typing skills.
The duties will include meet and greet patients, visitors, consultants and staff and deal with their enquiries. It will also involved registering patients and entering charges on to the computer, taking telephone enquiries and bookings for consultant appointments and clinical investigations.
This is a busy and demanding role that will require the occasional weekend work.
Previous experience of working in healthcare or in hotel receptions would be advantageous.
